Q: How do I rent?

Q: Do you have a minimum rental requirement?

- Yes!  We have a minimum rental requirement of $1000 before tax. This is an easy goal to reach by simply renting an aisle with the addition of some aisle clusters or vase arrangements!

Q: Why do you have a minimum order requirement?

- A minimum order requirement insures we are able to deliver a gorgeous and impactful design that will wow you and all of your guests!  This also allows us to be able to offer free delivery (within 75km of Moncton), as well as accounting for our time to be present the day of to switch your set up from ceremony to reception!

Q: Is there a delivery/setup/tear down cost?

- Our packages include free delivery/set up/tear down within 75km of Moncton! 

Q: What if my event is further than the 75km radius, can I still rent from you?

- Absolutely!  If you are further than 75km from Moncton, we simple charge $1.75/km past the 75km range.  

Q: How does payment work?

- A 50% non-refundable deposit/retainer is due upon booking.  The remaining 50% is due 60 days prior to your rental day.  If you're booking our rentals and your event is in 60 days or less, 100% of the payment is due upon booking.

Q: Are your flowers real?

- No!  We work work with dried, preserved, and the highest quality of faux florals that they are indistinguishable from real florals. Most of the flowers on here are exact replicas of real flowers, printed in material that both looks & feels real to the touch, including the greenery! 

Q: What does it mean when it says price is for (1) setup/location only?

- This means that if your ceremony is at a different location than your reception (aka different venues) an additional moving fee will have to be assessed based off of traveling distance and time.

If your ceremony and reception are at the same location, we will gladly switch the set-up around for your room flip free of charge!

Arrangements can only be handled & moved by us.  

Q: Can I request custom rental arrangements?

- We do not offer customized rental products, nor can we make any changes to our existing rentals, as adding additional florals will affect the longevity and future uses of the arrangements.

- However, we are currently working hard to develop more packages in different colours and styles for you, so keep an eye out!

Q: Do you offer bridal/bridesmaid bouquets and boutonniere rentals?

- We do not offer bouquets and boutonnieres in rental form, as they get put through a lot of wear and tear throughout the wedding day.  Neither us nor you would be able to guarantee that they would be in the same condition by the end of the night.

- We do however offer custom wedding party bouquets and boutonnieres!  All made with dried, preserved and high quality faux florals, they make an amazing keepsake of your special day and are a great gift for your wedding party! For more info on our custom arrangements, click here for a brochure.
