Cancellation Policy

The 50% non-refundable deposit/retainer is non-refundable with no exceptions

At a minimum, the retainer fee is considered a fair compensation for reserving and committing to provide our services on your specific event date, thus turning down other potential clients.

If you cancel before the last payment is due 2 months before your event, then you will not be obligated to pay the remaining balance, and your rentals will be considered cancelled.  The initial 50% non-refundable deposit/retainer will NOT be refunded.

If you have already made the final payment and you event is 2 months away or less.  All payments are now considered non-refundable.

If you have to change your date, we are happy to transfer your paid value to a new event date if the items are not already rented out for that day(s). The exact items may not be available, but the value can be used towards any item(s) of the same value. Subject to availability and not guaranteed. We will do everything we can to accommodate any change of date.
